Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a PersoHR account, you agree to these Terms of Service. PersoHR is provided by Labb Holding Ltd, registered in Cyprus.

2. Service description

PersoHR is a cloud-based HR management platform for small businesses. The service includes employee management, leave tracking, onboarding, document management, time tracking, and AI-assisted features.

3. Free trial

Paid plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is calculated based on your country. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Data ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor under GDPR. You can export your data at any time. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for all plans.

6. Cancellation and data deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PersoHR for any unlawful purpose, to store data beyond what is necessary for HR management, or to attempt to access other tenants' data.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
